Items:
All items sold are in their original state as provided by our suppliers.
Please note that item colours may differ slightly from that shown in picture(s).
This may be due to monitor resolution and/or camera lightings.
Checks are made to ensure that the items are in good conditions before they are carefully packaged and sent out to customers.

Item unavailable for sale:
Sometimes, it might happen that a customer ordered an item which our webpage stock status did not show "SOLD OUT" but we inform him that it is no longer available.
One scenario is that 2 or more customers send in orders wanting to buy the same item.
In such case, we follow the first-come first-serve logic where the customer who ordered first gets the item.

In case where payment has been made for an ordered item which is unavailable for sale:
Customer selects a replacement of exact price.
Customer selects a replacement of higher price and top-up the difference via one of the accepted Payment Options.
Customer selects a replacement of lower price and refund of the difference will be made via the same mode as the payment made.
Customer selects no replacement and full refund will be made via the same mode as the payment made.

Make Payment for an Order:
Ordered item(s) will be kept aside as reserved. They will not be available for sale.
Full payment must be made within 48 hours from the submission of the order.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order, and the ordered item(s) will be made available for sale.

Shipping:
Shipping service is provided by respective shipping companies.
We do not do our own delivery.
As such, we are unable to guarantee the condition of the items when they reach our customers.
There may be minor wear & tear on the packaging of the items due to the handling and processing during shipment.
If Normal Mail delivery is selected, we will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items.
We highly recommend Registered Article delivery. A tracking number will be provided where delivery status can be tracked.

Free Gifts:
All free gifts are given as randomly selected (from the same group).
We may substitute another Free Gift (of similar value, or from the same group) if the intended Free Gift is out of stock.
Free Gifts are checked and sent out in good conditions.

Free Gifts When Refer Friends:
For each friend you refer to us, you will be given 1 free gift subject to these 2 conditions:
Your friend makes his/her first purchase from us. We identify a customer as your friend by the name and email address you gave us (during referral).
When you make your next purchase, your free gift will be sent to you together with your purchased item(s).

Free Gifts When Purchase Masks:
All free gifts are given as randomly selected (from the same group). They may be different flavours from the ones you ordered.
We may substitute another Free Gift (of similar value, or from the same group) if the intended Free Gift is out of stock.
Free Gifts are checked and sent out in good conditions.

Lucky Draw Prizes:
A simple verificaton is required before we can identify you are the corrct winner.
This is especially so when more than 1 person make claim.
Please provide your particulars (i.e. name and/or address) to ascertain that you are the rightful winner.
Once verification is successful, we will keep your prize aside, ready to be sent to you (together with your next purchase).
